Terms & Conditions

  • Tariff includes GST, linen, towels, books, board games – BYO beach towel, CDs
  • All accommodation is self contained, and not serviced or restocked during you stay.  Stays longer than 7 nights, linen change is available.
  • Deposit of 1 nights tariff required upon booking and balance upon arrival, or in the event of a no-show, on the date of arrival. Additionally, in the case of mid- and high-season bookings, an instalment equivalent to 50% of the tariff (less deposit already paid) is due 60 days prior to arrival, and remaining balance is due day before arrival.
  • Cancellations with full refund up to 30 days before arrival.  Less than 30 days before arrival, deposits and instalments are non-refundable.
  • Payment may be made by EFT, money order, MasterCard,Visa or cash / EFTPOS day before  arrival
  • Reservations are confirmed with your credit card which is held as security and utilised for any applicable charges, including instalments and non-arrival fees
  • On arrival you will be required to sign a guest registration form & to provide photo ID and a credit card.
  • In consideration of other guests we ask that all noise emanating from your accommodation cease by 11 pm, and all visitors not part of your booking leave by that time
  • Check in 3 pm – Check out 10 am NSW time. Check in/out time may be extended upon request only.
  • Early check from 1 pm is $100.
  • Late checkout to 12 midday is $100.  Late checkout beyond 12md incurs a full days tariff.
  • Child up to 1yr is free.
  • Portacot / highchair must be pre booked @ $50 / stay.
  • Each extra person @ $50/night.
  • Dogs by arrangement only @ $10 / night/pet.
  • Tariffs effective from 22/10/22 and are subject to change without notice

*Tariff is for 2 people, per night.  Each extra person is $50/ night or $315 / week.
Dog by prior arrangement only.  Dog tariff is $10 / night or $63 / week, payable on arrival.
